This place suits me perfectly! The staff has always helped me with places to visit, and I enjoy the indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and the relaxing treatments. I am excited to return for Christmas!

The breakfast spread was a proper jol with fresh stuff and even champagne! Plus, I could stroll straight to the thermal baths from my room—so chill. Staff were friendly and the place felt lekker relaxed, especially with a koppie view right outside.

Room was a bit cramped, especially for my bakkie—could've used a bit more space.

The access to the thermal spa via an underground tunnel was incredibly convenient, making it easy to enjoy the health benefits without venturing outside.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made for an uncomfortable stay, especially during the heat wave.

Had a blast with friends! Great base for exploring the Black Forest and Alsace region. Enjoyed the Kid's Club with fun programs for everyone. The staff were friendly, and the extensive breakfast buffet was a highlight. Perfect for a group getaway!

Amazing stay with a view

This place is nestled in the thermal spa area and the Black Forest views from my room were just stunning! The big terrace was perfect for chilling out. I did wish the Wi-Fi was better. it was spotty at times, which suckd for streaming. But the local food on-site was super fresh and yum!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the clean and spacious room and the convenience of having a restaurant that served delicious food. The spa facilities were excellent, with a fantastic sauna and a lovely heated swimming pool for relaxation. One minor downside was having to pick up towels separately for the spa, but it didn’t dampen my experience. 😊

The pool area boasts nice amenities, and the exercise room is well-equipped for workouts. The layout is modern and clean, giving a pleasant atmosphere.

Rooms are small and can get hot, especially during summer. some lack air conditioning. Having to pick up towels for the spa from the reception each time is a hassle, and unexpected extra charges for the spa access are unwelcome surprises.
